Hey there!

I’m Tori and I’m a therapist with a passion for guiding others to personal fulfillment. Health and wellness have been something I’ve had a fond interest for and experience in most of my life. While we like to consider health as pertaining to our body, the mind is our most powerful muscle. I like to think our minds and bodies link together to shape us into who we are!

I view therapy as a way to connect with others and to be a place of true self expression. My approach is client-centered in nature, meaning it’s all about you and every aspect of you! I often take an integrative approach in sessions, using techniques from various modalities. No person is the same, so why should therapy be! We'll figure out what works best for you and how to incorporate that into your daily life, making life’s difficulties less challenging and becoming the best version of yourself.

I work with primarily adolescents (12+) and young adults on building and maintaining healthy relationships, transitioning to new chapters in life, emotional regulation and anxiety-related concerns. My background in fitness and competitive sports has inspired my work in eating disorders and body positivity to better serve and educate athletes of all ages. Even if sports isn’t your thing, my goal is to provide a space for you to be yourself without judgment and promote empowerment and change from within.

To my clients, this is a time of exploration and growth. I am so honored and excited to be a part of your journey. Let’s do more of what makes us happy!

The Whole Me

I have a love for health and fitness with an equal balance for adventure and relaxation. You can

usually find me in the gym, traveling with friends and family, or at a concert when I’m looking for

a fun activity to do. As a true crime junkie, I love watching documentaries or reading thriller

novels and attempting to “solve the case”. I’m a self-proclaimed “forever student” always looking to find new things to learn.
