Hey there!

I’m Tori—a therapist passionate about helping others navigate life’s many transitions and step into their most authentic selves. Health and wellness have always played an important role in my life, and I believe that true well-being includes both mind and body. The connection between the two is powerful, and therapy can be a space where that connection is explored, strengthened, and honored.

I view therapy as a collaborative and empowering space for self-expression, growth, and healing. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from modalities such as ACT, DBT, and CBT. No two people are the same, so I tailor sessions to meet your unique needs—whether that means managing anxiety, healing from relational wounds, or exploring the deeper layers of who you are.

I primarily work with adolescents (14+) and young adults, including college students, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those navigating high-performance environments. My work often centers on identity exploration, navigating interpersonal relationships, building self-esteem, and adapting to life transitions. Having spent time in competitive and performance-driven spaces myself, I’m especially attuned to the pressures that can come with striving, whether in academics, athletics, or other achievement-focused arenas. I also support individuals in developing a more compassionate relationship with their bodies and food, especially those impacted by disordered eating or body image concerns.

To my clients, therapy is a time of exploration, clarity, and transformation—and I’m truly honored to be a part of that process. Let’s discover what it means to live a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and fulfilling. Let’s do more of what makes us happy.

The Whole Me

I’m all about balance—health and fitness, mixed with adventure, downtime, and having fun along the way. You’ll find me in the gym, traveling, or at a concert, and just as often curled up with my dog watching true crime or reading a good thriller. Whether I’m exploring new places or new ideas, I’m always finding joy in the little things and staying open to what’s next.
