Hey there!

I’m Tori and I’m a therapist with a passion for seeing and helping others succeed.

Health and wellness has been something I’ve had a fond interest for and experience in most of my life. While we like to consider health as pertaining to our body, the mind is our most powerful muscle. Making a connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is what we as humans do everyday!

I view therapy as a way to connect with others and to be a place of true self-expression. My approach is holistic and client-centered in nature, meaning it’s all about you and every aspect of you! Together we’ll collaborate on making life’s difficulties less challenging and becoming the best version of yourself.

I work with adolescents (12+) and adults on building and maintaining healthy relationships, transitioning to new chapters in life, body image and anxiety-related concerns. My background in fitness and competitive sports has begun my current training in disordered eating patterns to better serve and educate athletes of all ages. Even if fitness isn’t your thing, my goal is to provide a space for you to be yourself without judgment and promote empowerment and change from within.

To my clients, this is a time of exploration and growth. I am so honored and excited to be a part of your journey. Let’s do more of what makes us happy!

* Limited after-school and evening times available.

The Whole Me

I have a love for health and fitness with an equal balance for adventure and relaxation. You can

usually find me in the gym, traveling with friends and family, or at a concert when I’m looking for

a fun activity to do. As a true crime junkie, I love watching documentaries or reading thriller

novels and attempting to “solve the case”. I’m a self-proclaimed “forever student” always looking to find new things to learn.
