About the event
In our society, we often receive messages that alcohol use is black and white; good or bad; right or wrong; "disordered" or not. But like many things in life, this is not a binary! Let's move away from the black and white, and explore what it's like in the grey.
Join Lizzy for a day of exploration through embodied meditation and breathwork, gentle trauma-conscious yoga, activities and journal prompts, and group discussion in supportive community around your relationship with alcohol!
Cost: $150
