About the event
This in-person group is designed for college students and young adults to provide a neuroaffirming, supportive process space for neurodivergent young adults to explore identity, emotional experiences, relationships, stressors, and coping strategies while building connection and self-understanding.
Target population: College students and young adults
When: Mondays at 6:30pm - 7:15pm starting June 22nd - August 17th (No group July 6th)
Format: 8 weeks; weekly 75-minute group
Approach: Neuroaffirming, process-oriented, strengths-based, trauma-informed
Themes: Identity, masking, emotional regulation, executive functioning, relationships, burnout, self-advocacy, belonging
